I'm Nathan, founder of NW Fitness. I've been a qualified personal trainer for over a decade now (that makes me feel old!), and in that time I've worked with and helped people from all sorts of backgrounds and walks of life to realise their fitness dreams, whatever their personal circumstances or targets may have been.

I believe the key to achieving your goals lies not only in hard work, consistency and dedication, but also in having a comfortable, friendly and fun environment for your exercise to take place in. I pride myself on being not only professional, knowledgeable and motivational, but also personable and approachable, and have built some fantastic relationships and friendships with clients over the years.
